The role: 
We would like you to join us on this exciting journey as a customer success manager. As a part of the Customer Success team, it is primarily your duty to ensure that Treyd maintains, develops, and broadens existing customer connections. You will also help with sales by promoting prospects who haven't converted and acclimating new customers.
Ensuring our clients receive optimal returns on their investments and are satisfied will depend heavily on your ability to blend passion and involvement. Together with the rest of the Commerce Team, you will be a part of our Credit Team's efforts to prevent client attrition.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling credit products, has excellent communication skills, and is customer-focused. With clients, you should be able to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly on topics like loan options and budgeting.
 

Responsibilities: 
Main responsibilities:
You will be the main point of contact for your clientele, acting as their owner, in order to understand their wants and deliver excellent service.
Make plans and show initiative to ensure that customers remain with Treyd.
This means taking orders from customers and getting them an active credit limit.
Assess opportunities to improve customers' use of our services or potential account hazards.
Engage with a diverse range of customers, including distributors, wholesalers, D2C brands, and multi-brand retailers; each has unique credit needs, financial profiles, and purchasing patterns.
As assigned by the organisation, oversee additional internal and client-facing tasks such as enhancing customer case studies and Trust pilot reviews.
Work closely with the teams that handle credit and commerce.
Take part in gatherings and displays to expand your network of potential and current clients. 
 

Skills & Requirements: 
Must-haves: 
+2 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as account management, customer success, or support. 
Outstanding communication abilities in English. 
Solid comprehension of fundamental financial measures. 
Ambitious and driven to surpass group objectives. 
Tenacious, capable, and willing to go above and beyond for Treyd and your team. 
I am naturally interested, constantly seeking new knowledge, and I view every obstacle as an opportunity to improve. 
 

Nice to have:
Familiarity with HubSpot and knowledge of its surroundings.
Expertise in the fintech, SaaS, or finance sectors. 
Bonus points if you speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish and have prior customer success experience in the Nordic region.
